are you suffering from jaw & tmj tightness?

With sufferers of TMJ, teething grinding & jaw tightness on the increase since the pandemic, I wanted to design a treatment that focuses on the causes of this tension

What do the clients say?

"Amanda holds space for you in a way I’ve never experienced before. The best treatment I’ve ever had with lasting results. I’ve had severe vertigo for nearly four years and the TMJ massage has improved this massively.
The kindest gift you could give someone or yourself!"

"The most amazing facial I’ve had in my life. My cheeks and jaw were holding so much tension. I feel like a new woman now"

"I had the jaw release massage as part of my facial- it was amazing! Amanda explained the process to me before hand. She explained that she would work into my jaw and mouth to release tension and it 100 percent did that. It was both relaxing but also released all the tension I hold in my face. I absolutely recommend this treatment and Amanda, she’s amazing!"

What does the treatment involve?

It involves a neck and shoulder massage to release trigger points in the upper back, then onto a facial with the main focus being deep tissue movements into the mouth (with gloves on) to work on TMJ and Jaw muscle.

I hate the idea of working inside the mouth?

Trust me it can be super relaxing, this is NOT the dentist. I get you to just relax the mouth and the work is done keeping away from teeth and gums.

The jaw is also connected to fear and frustration so releasing it sends a signal to the rest of the body to relax. Alot of clients fall asleep.

I grind my teeth will it help?

Yes! Teeth grinding comes from a lot of tension and underline stress so relaxing it will defiantly help.
